Each lesson costs £6 (this is capped at £12 for a family). Anybody is welcome to just turn up and have a go at any time and we typically split the class after warm up and stretching exercises so that beginners do not feel intimidated. You can also contact the chief instructor (using the contact form below) if you have any questions. The minimum age to start karate is ideally 6 years old, but if you have a child younger than this then please have a chat to the instructor.

If you fancy trying karate …

Just wear some loose fitting clothes that you are comfortable in (a tee shirt and tracksuit is ideal) and bring a bottle of water. If you have any injuries or physical problems then please let the instructor know at the start of the session.

If you have any questions then please call the chief instructor or send a text (07963 579736) or visit the Facebook page and use the message feature.
